In other words, excellent, qualified, devoted, industrious Americans are getting exactly what they don't deserve - they're getting canned. They're getting non reusable and they - are you.

Have you thought about the value of this? And how typically? In this country, service IS the economy and little company types 60 percent of our economy - jobs, tax earnings, and so on.

What is going on? What are we doing? What is occurring to us? Things have definitely altered, haven't they?

Again, service is our backbone and think about when you - the chauffeur of organisation, the staff member - last got a job or are now seeking a brand-new task. We have got to take care of our team! Don't we?

And what takes place to us all? There is no place to conceal. Stop attempting to hide. Stop thinking you're safe. Nobody's safe. The illness of the economy is contagious and will leak into your bubble if you conceal - it is choking your air now, isn't it? Sure, you may have terrific advantages, and here are entrancing concerns for you - when the staff members of America are discontented and advantages are cut and company drop and the economy busts - what takes place to you?

Are you permanently and definitely insulated from your environment? And as the heat is shown up, the temperature rises for you as well, does not it? A minimum of to a degree, doesn't it? Which brings us back to our happy HR Manager, with the unusual company, and the golden benefits package and in addition to their mesmerizing advantages for their spoiled employees, their parent company happens to be based beyond America.

Hmmm, and why is this interesting? And you are asking, why is this intriguing?

Clearly, you understand and certainly, you understand that when I was consulting with the HR manager, he emphasized passionately that he does not understand why staff members are so under-respected in this nation now and the main reason his employees are so pampered because the business is based beyond America!

Certainly, you understand, something is dramatically incorrect. Advantages drive our workers and our employees drive our companies and our companies drive our economy and economy drives our lives and - what is happening to our staff member benefits - our businesses - our country - our incomes?

We deserve much better, don't we?"
