1. Download Drivers, KDZ Firmware Flasher and the GB .cab file.
2. Install Drivers, Extract KDZ files.

3. In Extracted KDZ files install "msxml.msi"
4. Open "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe"
5. Convert GB Firmware (.cab file) to KDZ
6. Put phone into download mode (turn it off, connect to PC and hold Volume Up+Down and Power)
7. Open "KDZ_FW_UPD.exe"
8. Change "PhoneMode" to "Emergency"
9. Click the folder icon and choose the .kdz file that "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe"(R&D Test Tool) Just made
10. Click "Launch Software Update" and wait for it to finish
(It may fail, just keep trying)
11. Once your device boots, turn it off.
12. Boot your phone while holding volume down and preform a hard factory reset
13. Root the phone while on GB ( http://androidforums.com/lucid-all-things-root/533930-root-one-click-root-lg-lucid-4-18-12-a.html )
14. Install ROM Manager and in ROM Manager install CWM
15. Download ROMs

16. Put ROMs in EXTERNAL SD Card
17. Get into recovery mode
18. MAKE A BACKUP!
19. Install ROMs in following order: CM10, GAPPS and Baseband Lucid V8
20. While in recovery mode, preform factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache
21. Reboot
You should have CM10 (JellyBean) on the LG Lucid
