The task center:

Begin new project. Select the wanted application to be run.
After selection, the left panel will hide and another specialy
designed for the needed app will be opened. At the place where
"Start your new project" is written will be displayed the icons for the
current project.

After selecting an application from the Task Center panel, at the main
screen section will be displayed options for starting new project.
Example: Selecting layoult, printing settings and such.

"Design publication" is in red because is being hovered. When it is
clicked it will be shifted to the right, red border on left of it and a
small arrow pointing to the right panel.
