"MORI DocID: 1451843" refers to the original CIA Document released in 2007 with 703 pages numerated from 00001 to 00693 (00525a etc.)
So this precise document 00310 was released in 2007, if one considers the website from the George Washington University :
"Update - June 26, 2007, 1 p.m. - The full "family jewels" report, released today by the Central Intelligence Agency and detailing 25 years of Agency misdeeds, is now available on the Archive's Web site. The 702-page collection was delivered by CIA officers to the Archive at approximately 11:30 this morning -- 15 years after the Archive filed a Freedom of Information request for the documents. (...)
Today's release also includes a substantially-excised version of a memo first released 30 years ago in 1977 with fewer excisions (see comparison below).

Conclusion: the shown document is from 2007 and could not be in Luxembourg in 1985 when sabotage bombings took place !

et il ne contient pas le "MORI DocID: 1454843" en haut de chaque page.
Il comporte 703 pages numérotés en continue de 00001 à 00693 (avec quelques 00525a etc.)
Le document de RTL comporte un numéro 00310, apposé vraisemblablement par le Srel (?!), mais aussi le "MORI DocID: 1454843" et la numérotation continue 600, 601 et 602.

So it seems to be from the fifties and not later to 1973 and not nearer to 1985.
Who did this MANIPULATION ?!
